From North (Delmar, Dover, etc.):
Take US-Rt. 13 South towards Salisbury.  Upon entering Salisbury, you will come to our mall (The Centre at Salisbury).  Immediately past the mall on your RIGHT, take the Rt. 13/Rt. 50 EAST exit towards Norfolk.  When you exit, you want to veer to your LEFT.  Stay on this until you come to your first exit, labeled US-Rt. 50 EAST towards Ocean City.  At the first traffic light, make a LEFT onto Hobbs Road (right past Perdue Baseball Stadium).  Take first RIGHT onto Winter Place Parkway.  Continue down road until you come to Azar Eye Institute on the Right.
 
From South (Princess Anne, Eastern Shore of VA, etc.):
Upon approaching Salisbury, you will come to signs for the Salisbury Bypass labeled, "East Rt. 50 to Rt. 13 Ocean City".  You want to get on this bypass.  It exits to the LEFT.  Continue on this until you come to the US-Rt. 50 EAST exit towards Ocean City.  Take this exit (you will see Baseball Stadium on your right).  At the first traffic light, make a LEFT onto Hobbs Road (right past Perdue Baseball Stadium).  Take first RIGHT onto Winter Place Parkway.  Continue down road until you come to Azar Eye Institute on the Right. 
 
From East (Ocean City, etc.):
Take US Rt.50 until the Hobbs Road traffic light (the traffic light after Wor-Wic Community College).  Turn Right onto Hobbs Road.  Take first Right onto Winter Place Parkway.  Continue down road until you come to Azar Eye Institute on the Right. 
 

From West (Cambridge, Easton, etc.):
Upon approaching Salisbury, you want to veer LEFT onto Rt. 50 Bypass (Labeled “East 50 to Rt. 13 Ocean City”).  Stay on this until you come to the exit labeled US-Rt. 50 EAST towards Ocean City.  At the first traffic light, make a LEFT onto Hobbs Road (right past Perdue Baseball Stadium).  Take first RIGHT onto Winter Place Parkway.  Continue down road until you come to Azar Eye Institute on the Right.
